Salary: 1000.00

Stock taker/Warehouse Assistant/Store Assistant – Multiple working locations

• Perm / Temp / Temp to Perm
• Salary up to $2,000
• Multiple locations available
• Normal Working hours


Responsibilities:

• To plan for maximum utilization of storage space

• To control the movement of goods (shipping & distribution) and maintain proper and accurate records of physical stocks against system inventory through regular inventory check

• To perform quality and quantity check prior to delivery (pick & pack) and upon acceptance at warehouse

• To check the accuracy and condition of physical goods against paperwork and to report all exceptions found

• Conduct receipt inspection on items/goods
• Dispatch aircraft spares for repair
• Binning and picking of items/goods
• Process packaging of items for delivery
• Support delivery and collection activities
• Loading & Unloading of cargo into lorry and stores
• Checking of defects parts or some sorting work if required

• To carry out housekeeping of warehouse and maintenance of equipments

• To comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations


Contractual Period:
• Permanent / Temporary (Warehouse Assistant)
• 1 month Temp to Permanent (Store Assistant)
• Permanent (Stock taker)


Salary:

• Temporary Warehouse Assistant – Up to $1,500
• Permanent Warehouse Assistant - $1,500 - $2,000
• Permanent Stock Taker - $1,800
• Store Assistant - $7.50 / hour


Location:
• Tengah/Paya Lebar/Changi/Sembawang Airbase (Stock Taker)
• Seletar/Tengah/Paya Lebar/Changi/Sembawang Airbase/Changi South (Warehouse Assistant)
• Joo Seng Road (Store Assistant)


Working hours:
• Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm (Stock Taker)
• Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm (Store Assistant)

• Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm (Warehouse Assistant)
• Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm + Alt Sat: 9am-1pm (Permanent Warehouse Assistant)


Requirements:

• Min GCE “O/N" level

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations environment

• Must be computer literate as in MS Office applications and Warehouse Management system

• Independent and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities

• Physically fit and possess an eye for details

• Possess valid forklift license

• Able to operate electric stacker/forklift preferred
• Able to use computer and with knowledge in SAP preferred
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
• Relevant warehousing experience in civil aviation regulations will be added advantage
• Those without experience but is willing to learn are welcome to apply
