Job Scope

  • prepare client proposals and quotations
  • tour coordination, and supervision of operational and logistical matters
  • Tourist Guides administration, including fulfilment of licensing and regulatory requirements
  • general administrative maintenance
  • event planning
  • market research


Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in events/programmes planning
  • candidate must possess at least a polytechnic diploma
  • proficient in MS Office
  • excellent communication skills, team player and willing to learn
  • responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • proven ability to work in a rigorous, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, team player and willing to learn
  • Singapore Citizens Only
  • 5-day work week
  • Full-time position
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Salary negotiable
