Dealer Management Executive(Transport Equipment)

Salary: 3000.00

1) Dealer Management • Develop and manage Parts Sales business of the assigned dealership to achieve Business Plan target through setting of target, execution of plan and monitoring of progress by:
a) Conduct BP Meeting; 
b) Plan and execute Parts Sales activities such as dealer and customer visit to foster dealer relationship and enhance dealer relationship and/or to discuss commercial issues;
c) Create Balance Score Card;
d) Generate Monthly Sales Report;
e) Understand Market and Competitors movement;
f) Provide Dealer development by giving system or Parts Sales related training;
g) Always seek out new sales opportunity.
2) Marketing Program • Plan and execute Marketing Program, Program costing, and Sales Campaign;
• Make announcement; Track and measure Campaign effectiveness.

3) Marketing Materials
• Create and update marketing materials to support sales activities, such as Electronic Direct Mailers (EDM), newsletters and Parts/Commodity catalogues.
4) Day-to-Day • Attend/Respond to dealers’ enquiries on parts matters.
5) Portal Maintenance • Create and upkeep dealer portal on recommended parts list.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Team player, good personality and with great initiatives
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
