Global Service Manager

  • To manage effective technical service delivery for customers
  • To lead a team to support and resolve technical issues for digital cinema equipment’s
  • To provide technical consultation and advisory service to regional service teams
  • To plan, design and provide support for digital cinema system upgrade and migration projects
  • To drive regular performance review on service KPIs and improvement plan when required

  • Degree holder of Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline with strong technical background
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in electronic/ electrical equipment maintenance and after sales service industry, with which 3 years in managerial role
  • Strong leadership and management skills in leading technical teams to achieve high quality deliverable under tight schedule
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Previous working experience in MNC will be preferred
  • Strong written & verbal communication in English
  • Occasional travel is required
