Digital & E-commerce Executive

You will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, and Regional Product Manager, to develop marketing plans, ideas and strategies to build the e-commerce platforms. You will build relationships and develop potential partners for collaboration to build the brands and drive sales to the e-commerce stores. 

  • Develop and execute online marketing plans and communicate with the relevant team
  • Deliver digital toolkits and assets for all product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor online stores, websites and social media platforms daily
  • Propose and execute Goggle Ads to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on special events, campaigns, asset creation, customer service training/customer feedback management, innovation, CRM and site conversion projects
  • Use web analytics to monitor key site performance indicators and recommend actions to drive growth
  • Stay informed of platform developments to best maximize brand and product exposure
  • Be creative to provide ideas and strategies to drive sales to e-commerce stores
  • Website content management, provide timely updates on all e-commerce stores
  • Understand key competitors and their activities and propose strategies based on the competitor analysis


  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 – 2 years of related digital and e-commerce experience
  • Experience in managing Facebook and Instagram brand pages
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple departments and teams to build lasting partnership and collaboration
  • Strong computer skills including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Passion for beauty industry
