Overview 

Contact businesses by telephone and email in order to promote and sell Intercorp Solutions'  products, solutions and services, gather information, verify details or request for appointment.

5-working days per week, 9am to 6pm.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Place phone calls to potential clients
  • Prepare and perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
  • Answer potential clients’ questions about company profile, credential and goals
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times 
  • Generate between 10 to 30 sales leads per day
  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on planned schedules
  • Maintain database, call list and leads in CRM systems or MS Excel sheets
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to Sales Manager
  • Report directly to Sales Manager
  • Train other telemarketers when required


Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • Minimum GCE "O" level, Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years telemarketing experience (business-to-business only)
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation
  • Proficiency in relevant computer application, such Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook
  • Results-driven and willing to work on commission and incentive basis
  • Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
