Overall job objectives

To provide support and coordination to sales division.


Core responsibilities

 

  • Answering of incoming calls and attending walk-in enquiries.
  • Perform administrative work such as preparation of Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders & Delivery Orders
  • Provide other administrative support to the sales team – check visuals, floor plan & installation report
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timeliness
  • In house coordination of workflow & logistic arrangement
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required as by the sales division

Job specifications

  • 1 year’s administrative or operational experience preferred with minimum GCE ‘N” / “O” Levels or equivalent.
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
