Supervisor, Service Ambassador and Transport (Transport)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of all Service Captains under her/his charge to ensure the smooth operation at all times. Assist in implementation of company’s policy and to ensure that Guest Service experience and safety aspect are not compromised during the operations of island transport services
  • To establish and assist Head of Unit (HOU) in planning and formulating a working standard and discipline for Transport team to follow across the board
  • To work together with Service Excellence Team to identify training needs of team members or defensive driving for the Tram/Bus captain
  • Support Carpark and Gantry Operations when required


  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service industry
  • Possess Class 4 driving license and vocational license with clean driving records
  • Guest-centric and comfortable in frontline duties
  • Good interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting people
  • Able to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to perform under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
