Customer Care Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaking , North 5 days)

Salary: 2300.00


Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries both walk-in or telephone calls
  • Liaise with internal and external customers with technical support
  • Support Sales Team’s meetings and workshops
  • Process customer orders and ensure orders are processed with accuracy in regard to special requirements
  • Provide timely and courteous response to ensure customers’ orders are processed and shipped efficiently
  • Manage the SAP system, record appropriate data, documentation and ensure accuracy as per standard


Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma / O level
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / order process
  • Outstanding Customer Service and communication Skills
  • Immediately Available
  • Singaporean only
  • Ability to speak and type Mandarin as required to support Mandarin speaking customers

  • Woodland
