FOOD HYGIENE MANAGER

Salary: 0.00

You will oversee and ensure the Hotel’s food safety and hygiene standards are regulatory compliance and maintain in accordance to all policies and procedures. 

Pre-Requisites:

  • Minimum 3 years of hotel’s food hygiene experience. 
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science.
  • Possess good knowledge of HACCP requirements. 
  • Attentive to details and possess good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • A team player, meticulous and able to handle hands-on operations.  

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleanliness, quality and services are in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.
  • Conduct in-house food hygiene audits and holds meeting regularly to address good safety matters.
  • Train staff with Basic Food Hygiene knowledge.
