Office Administrator (Temp)


To cope with the increased work load, our company is looking to engage a temporary PT/FT candidate to assist in our daily administrative duties. 

Administrative Portfolio:


  • Maintain, file and retrieve corporate documents, records, contacts and reports. Keeping a detailed index giving the location and subject of the file.
  • Respond to prospects/clients/candidates/solicitors who wish to reach certain company employees, receive their feedback and providing them with assistance on their concerns, using good customer service practice.
  • Prepare travel claims and expense reimbursements.
  • Handling information requests, preparing correspondence, couriers, receiving visitors.
  • Recording of meeting minutes and logistical support for out-of-office events
  • Visit company’s bank if needed



  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/NITEC
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Must have the natural ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Positive and proactive
  • Meticulous and accountable for all tasks as assigned
  • Can be trusted to work in a team, and when needed, independently.
