Sales Executive

Salary: 2200.00

  • To identify business opportunities by recognising prospects and assessing their travel requirements; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending appealing travel itineraries;
  • To identify travel product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards by attending to queries, requests & feedback from clients with your utmost efficiency & professionalism
  • To provide administrative support to the department including answering phones calls, generating invoices, payment collection, maintaining proper filing and submission of necessary documents, costing sheets & reports for accounting & audit purposes
  • To liaise closely with internal departments on operations requirements/procedures
  • To perform other function as deemed necessary by your immediate superior or the management in relation to your function
  • To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed i.e. quarterly sales targets.

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Japanese is an added advantage to liase with Japanese Clients
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in outbound travel agency or MICE or Events company is required for this position
  • Must be familiar with airlines, hotels, restaurants and other travel industry related business
  • Must be willing to go overseas for Tour Leading and participate at travel fair as and when necessary
  • Required Skill(s): GDS - Amadeus, Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
