Restaurant Sales Event Manager !!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales in its entirety to maximize event/banquet revenues, execute food & beverage events, meetings, seminars according to event order specifications and therefore positively impacting our operations.
• Develop and plan a coherent and effective sales strategy.
• Plan, submit and manage assigned annual sales and marketing budget/costs.
• Report and manage sales reports to ensure accurate sales forecast and figures.
• Expand key account business opportunities.
• Ensure designated revenue targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Direct customer engagement.
• Create excellent client relationships through attention to details.
• Source, book and execute events that are profitable to the company and experiential to the guests ensuring repeat business.
• Utilize customer database in targeted EDM programmes and maximize revenue potential.
• Grow the business by using innovative sales & marketing concepts and to fulfill strategic objectives.
• Be the company’s ambassador at trade shows and conventions to promote company and build sales.
• Write and negotiate sales contracts according to corporate procedures.
• Administer package programmes and ensure receipt of payment from clients by following corporate procedures.
• Responsible for assembling of the restaurant’s event calendar, maintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, sales & marketing props etc).
• Take ownership of daily sales activities and maximize productivity by following a system of weekly and monthly action plans.
• Participate in and organize sales meetings by sharing latest market / industry trends and new business development opportunities and activities.

Requirement :
Preferably with relevant work experience
