Duty Manager - Front Office

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the Front Office activities are running smoothly in effective and efficient manner
  • Handle guest's feedback in a prompt and professional manner with proper follow-up
  • Control daily sale of rooms to maximize Hotel's revenue
  • Supervise the Front Office team to maximize guests' satisfaction 
  • Train and develop the Front Office staff


Requirements:

  • Diploma or professional certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • A team player with good oral and written communication and public relations skills
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
