Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Account Payable / Account Receivable and GL
  • Verify and matching invoices from suppliers 
  • Prepare payment voucher and process cheque payment
  • Generating Sales Invoices, statement of accounts and monthly Debtors ageing report
  • Verifying and processing of supplier payment and Petty Cash claim
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Superior


Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy
  • Proficient in MYOB system
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with internal and external contacts
  • 5.5 days, Mandai Estate Area
