Part-Time Customer Service Officer (Email)

Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to customer enquiries; handle feedback and complaints through email
  • Escalate email cases when required
  • Update the transaction into our CRM system
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned

 

Job requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • At least B3 in ‘O’ Level English
  • Experience in email handling would be advantageous
  • Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, resourceful and a team player
  • Working hours: 4pm - 8pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am - 5pm (Sat)
