Chef Concierge

Salary: 3000.00

  • Select and train colleagues, appraise their performance, recommend promotions, transfers, handles disciplinary actions and termination.
  • Develops and maintain good employee relation through intelligent interpretation and conscientious application of hotel personnel policies.
  • Update self with latest tourist information that will contribute to overall effectiveness.
  • Update and disseminate information about The Arts, Culture & Entertainment activities, shopping and places of interest in Singapore so as to provide guests with accurate information. To be capable in securing tickets or admission for guests to these activities
  • Maintain good relationship with Hotel’s vendors and contractor’s providing services to guests. Ensure that services provided by such vendors/contractors are of the highest standards available.
  • Check arrival report and ensure transport arrangements are accurate.
  • Meet VIPs and perform guest relation duties and obtain comments and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and implement effective training programs.
  • Monitor monthly labour and other expenses for Concierge section.
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage that meets the demand in the hotel.
  • Guide, coach, counsel and evaluate the performance of GSEs and GSAs.
  • Uphold discipline and grooming standards.
  • Attend scheduled meetings.
