Our client is a coworking space with multiple sites in Singapore and a growing presence in South-East Asia. To support their expansion, they are hiring an Events Lead based in Singapore.

The Events Lead will be responsible for curating and running events for Singapore's startup ecosystem, as well as selling the company’s event spaces to maximise its potential for revenue generation.

They will additionally be responsible for:

 Managing all event clients from sales enquiries through to event day and follow up

 Maximizing the potential of the event space sales by identifying new potential markets

 Meeting the revenue target month to month for event space sales

 Coordinating and managing, scheduling, execution, logistical operations and set up for all events

 Tracking the attendance and gathering feedback from partners

 Handling invoices, payment and billing to clients

 Resolving any problems that may arise on-site

 Working closely with the Community Team to develop the events portfolio in curating events that support both the coworking space’s community and the startup ecosystem

 Evaluating events via market research to improve approach in bringing in potential customers

 Maintaining relationships with all our current partners

       Working on supporting the ecosystem via more partnered events

The profile

 Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Events coordination, Sales, Community Management, Marketing, Client Servicing)

 Have a good understanding of the key players in the startup ecosystem and is capable to leverage on his/her network to the job role

 Project and people management skills

 Needs to be hands on and able to work & think independently

 Good interpersonal skills (face to face interactions) and the ability to articulate ideas clearly (in writing / presentations)

 Strong negotiation and organizational skills

 Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

 Key traits: positive attitude, customer focused, able to multi-task

 Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

 Compensation: Base + Commission Mode
